I really love the versatility of mimosas. Heck, I love mimosas PERIOD. Mimosas are the perfect way to toast a weekend brunch, celebrate occasions, watch Sunday football, or unwind after a long day. Plus, they are so easy to make!

With fall officially making its appearance, it’s time to embrace all the flavors it offers. And this recipe for Caramel Apple Cider Mimosas is the perfect way to start. The mimosa base is a festive combination of caramel vodka and apple cider. Your favorite sparkling wine tops it off.
If that’s not decadent enough, the rim of the flute is dipped into rich caramel and a delightful mixture of cinnamon, sugar and freshly ground nutmeg. Yep my friends, this Caramel Apple Cider Mimosa will bring all the flavors of fall together for the perfect celebration!
Caramel Apple Cider Mimosa Recipe Variations
While this mimosa recipe is excellent with caramel vodka, you can keep it simple and leave the vodka out. Or use another flavor-infused vodka like pear, cinnamon or vanilla. Additionally, you can substitute the vodka with a variety of spirits, including brandy, cinnamon whiskey (such as Fireball), green apple whiskey or a pear liqueur.

Caramel Apple Cider Mimosa
- 1.5 oz caramel vodka
- 1.5 oz apple cider
- sparkling wine to top off glass
Rim and Garnish
- 3 tbsp caramel topping
- 3 tbsp cinnamon sugar
- 1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg or from spice jar
- 1 apple slice
- Pour caramel into a small dish. Pour cinnamon sugar and nutmeg mixture into another small dish. Dip champagne flute into caramel to rim glass. Next, dip into spice mixture until coated.
- Pour apple cider and caramel vodka into each flute and top with your favorite bubbly.
- Garnish with apple slice.
