I know I’ve mentioned this before, but I will repeat, my mornings are CRAZY. Therefore, I do not have time for a long 12-step routine. So I’ve developed an easy therapeutic regimen that moisturizes, brightens and protects my skin and makes it look dewy and youthful with five easy steps.

Step 1: Wash face with Philosophy’s Purity

Purity is formulated for all skin types and deep cleans pores while natural oil extracts help condition skin. My skin tends to become dry after using a cleanser so I need something that cleanses but is not harsh and drying. Purity fits the bill, it leaves my skin feeling soft velvety every time.

Step 2: Apply TATCHA’s Luminous Deep Hydration Firming Serum

I am ALMOST 45 (gulp) and I need a hydrating serum that helps fight my fine lines and wrinkles. I have fallen in love with TATCHA’s Luminous Deep Hydration Firming Serum. As part of the “Water” collection, TATCHA Luminous Deep Hydration Firming Serum harnesses the power of Okinawan red algae and hyaluronic acid to soothe and firm skin while injecting moisture. The serum goes on non-sticky and is quick-drying, which makes it easy to layer your creams on top.

Step 3: Touch-up under my eyes with Origins Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream

I’ve always had a problem with puffy eyes when I wake up in the morning. I have used a slew of eye creams in my adulthood and I have finally found the one that works for me! Ginzing brightening eye cream instantly wakes up tired looking eyes and works perfectly to combat dullness, puffiness and dark circles.

Step 4: Apply TATCHA’s The Silk Cream

TATCHA’s The Silk Cream inundates my skin with hydration. The formula is chock full of plant oils and extracts that are packed with skin repairing and protecting compounds, such as Green Tea extract, Red Algae extract, Silk extract, Rice Germ oil and Royal Jelly extract. The formula feels incredibly rich and moisturizing and creamy even though the texture is that of a milky gel. It is dense and rich when applying to my skin, but it doesn’t feel heavy and absorbs quickly leaving my skin supple and nourished.

Step 5: Finish with Coola Classic Sport Face SPF 50 White Tea

Your face needs a sunscreen with at least Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays. Sunscreen is critical when protecting your skin from sun damage, which leads to wrinkles, fine lines and spots. Coola Classic Sport Face SPF 50 White Tea is just what my face needs. It’s lightly scented and combines broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection with 80 minutes of water resistance. It contains nutrient-rich, antioxidant extracts like Evening Primrose and Linseed Oils, known to even skin tone and reduce the appearance of redness, and Safflower Oleosomes, which provide lasting hydration.

My Skin Before Primer and Make-Up

I am brave enough to post what my skin looks like after these five steps because I love this regimen and I am confident you will too.
