Ingredients
  

Rosemary Simple Syrup

  • 2-3 sprigs Rosemary
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar

Mistletoe Mimosa

  • 1 ounce Pomegranate juice
  • ½ ounce Rosemary simple syrup
  • Sparkling wine or Champagne
  • 1 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • ¼ cup Sugar (to rim glass, optional)

Instructions
 

Rosemary Simple Syrup

  • Place sugar, water and rosemary in a small pot. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 2-3 minute. Remove from heat and let syrup cool, about 30 minutes.

Mistletoe Mimosa

  • Place sugar in bowl. Moisten rim of champagne flute and dip into sugar.
  • Pour rosemary simple syrup and pomengranate juice into a champagne flute. Add pomengranate seeds. Top off with your favorite sparkling wine or champagne. Add 1 sprig of rosemary for garnish.
